compliment your aspirations and once you have found the perfect
setting you will need to think about the next stage.
This is where we come into our own!
We have a useful contacts booklet that we send out with every quote
that list everything from caterers, bands, disco, florists,
fireworks, vintage cars, loo hire, refrigerated vans and much, much
more. Every one listed has been highly recommended and as we
take no money for listing them, you can be sure that they are there
on merit. We will happily spend time talking you through the
procedure and once you have chosen your wedding caterer, band and or
disco, we will then liaise with them to make sure that they have the
space and electrical supply that is necessary. It is
absolutely essential that there is a safe and secure supply for the
wedding party to be a success. |

Our wedding marquees are unique to
Area Marquee Hire as they have the shape, romance and charm of the
traditional marquee without the centre poles that take up a lot of
useable space inside. We also have a wide variety of colour trims
that we offer at no additional charge to the linings. This allows
you to coordinate your colour trim and makes your marquee individual
to you. We spend a lot of time in the weeks running up to the big
day, checking that everyone from the caterer, band, disco, loo hire
people are all aware of when the marquee will go up so that
everything can arrive in plenty of time for the wedding day. We
always allow at least one full day prior to the wedding date so that
you have plenty of time to dress and decorate the marquee in the
style you want. We will also supply plenty of windows as these are
the way that you can open the marquee up to allow the guests to
spill out and get a gentle breeze blowing through the marquee to
keep the temperature at a comfortable level. Unlike a lot of
marquees, ours are very simple to open up and are cool in the
hottest of weather. Conversely, if you decide on a winter wedding
we will supply indirect heaters to keep you warm, dry and cosy even
in the coldest of winter snaps!
